All visitors to Ascension Island need the Administrator's written permission before travelling. The current procedure is to complete and return the "Ascension Island Entry Permit" prior to travelling. This form may be downloaded here (PDF format, right click and select "Save Target As...")

All visitors should also read the Entry Permit Guidance Notes BEFORE completing their application form

Completed and signed forms should be faxed back to (+247) 6152.
